Mark came to install a telescopic loft ladder for me and it’s made such a difference. Before, I had to get a separate ladder out every time I wanted to access the loft, which was a bit of a hassle. Now it’s quick, easy, and so much more convenient. Mark was very clear with his vision on what he wanted to do and I'm extremely pleased with the outcome!
