This project focused on maximising the customer’s loft space by creating a strong, practical, and highly efficient storage area. We installed 200mm raised loft legs to lift the flooring above the insulation, ensuring it remains uncompromised while meeting current standards and maintaining the home’s energy efficiency.
Using large 8x2 loft flooring boards, we created a solid, durable platform for easy access and storage. To further enhance the space, we incorporated additional level storage between the trusses, making use of otherwise unused areas and significantly increasing the overall storage capacity for the customer.

This was a highly bespoke project driven by the customer’s strong focus on sustainability and reusing materials wherever possible. The customer supplied reclaimed 22mm loft boards, which we carefully installed to create a solid and characterful storage surface, giving new life to materials that would otherwise go to waste.
To support the flooring, we constructed a framework using 3x2 timber sections, also sourced by the customer from a local reclaimed yard, ensuring the entire installation remained in line with their eco-conscious approach. To complete the space, we upgraded the existing single fluorescent light to three energy-efficient LED strip lights, providing brighter, more reliable illumination while reducing energy consumption.

For this project, the customer wished to upgrade their standard new build loft hatch (600mm x 600mm) to a more practical and premium solution. We replaced it with a larger hatch including a luxurious folding wooden ladder, creating a much more accessible and user-friendly entry point into the loft space.
The new hatch complete with ladder measuring 550mm x 1110mm, provides significantly improved access, making it easier and safer to enter the loft while also encouraging better use of the available space. The result is a high-quality, visually appealing upgrade that enhances both functionality and everyday convenience.

For this project, the customer wanted to transform a secluded corner of their garden where a small decked area had previously been closed off with balustrades. The aim was to open up the space and create a more welcoming, sociable area for entertaining family and guests.
Working within a relatively tight budget, we sourced reclaimed timber pallets to build a solid framework for bespoke L-shaped decked benches. These were then finished using traditional softwood decking boards to match the existing base, and coated in a modern grey, non-slip decking paint. The result is a stylish, practical seating area that feels open, inviting, and perfectly suited for social gatherings.

For this project, the customer had recently moved into a relatively new build home where the loft space had already been boarded, but access was far from convenient. Without a fixed ladder in place, they had to rely on a separate ladder each time they wanted to enter the loft, making access awkward and impractical.
With the existing hatch measuring 600mm x 600mm, we recommended and installed a telescopic aluminium loft ladder—providing a compact, space-saving solution perfectly suited to the opening. This upgrade now allows for quick, safe, and hassle-free access, removing the need to fetch and store a separate ladder each time.
