Our Journey
Our story begins with our founder, Mark Dyball, whose passion for creativity and craftsmanship started at a young age. With a natural desire to build and create, Mark pursued a 3-year NVQ in Carpentry & Joinery, where his dedication and talent were recognised as he achieved Apprentice of the Year.
Following his qualification, Mark spent 12 years honing his craft, designing and creating bespoke carpentry pieces and delivering high-quality installations across a range of settings — from residential homes to commercial office spaces. This hands-on experience built a strong foundation in precision, detail, and understanding each client’s unique vision.
Eager to expand his expertise, Mark moved into Contract Management, where he spent a further 10 years developing his skills in project delivery, organisation, and client relations. This experience gave him a deeper understanding of what truly makes a service stand out — reliability, communication, and consistency.
Mark’s passion has always been, and continues to be, delivering exceptional service and complete customer satisfaction. Since founding the business, he has been driven by a clear belief: that clients deserve a higher standard of workmanship and care than what is often found in the market — and he is proud to deliver exactly that.
